Robert Hirsch, MSW, LCSW

Robert Hirsch, MSW, LCSW, DirectorAfter five years of counseling experience with private, public and state agencies in California, Massachusetts and Washington, Robert Hirsch opened his present practice, Hirsch Counseling and Consulting, in Greater Seattle in 1991.

While he specializes in the treatment of sexual addiction and deviance, he also performs parenting evaluations, anger assessments, and sexual deviancy evaluations for the courts. Robert's general practice includes individual, family and couples counseling.

As seminar leader, lecturer and consultant, his presentations have covered parenting issues, team building, crisis management, cultural diversity, stress management, addictions, sexual deviancy evaluation and treatment, and family reunification.

Performing emergency services, Robert has worked with Jewish Family Services in Seattle, has served as Crisis Counselor and Outpatient Therapist for the Island Counseling Center in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, was a therapist for Starting Point, in Hayward, California, where he assessed and treated adolescents and adults in the outpatient chemical dependency treatment program.

Randy Green, MA

Randy Green, MAHirsch Counseling and Consulting Associate Randy Green returned to private practice a year ago, following six years as Clinical Director for Relationships Toward Self Discovery, a community protection program in Arlington, Washington. He has offices in Arlington and Mukilteo and visits clients at Twin Rivers Correctional Facility in Monroe, WA.

As Relationships Clinical Director, he provided a wide variety of services. These included individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents with mild developmental disabilities and secondary mental health diagnoses, consultation and training for staff, compliance oversight, training and consultation for community protection agencies. He also attended and testified in court proceedings.

Randy's earlier experience includes serving as a mental health specialist for the adolescent psychiatric unit at Overlake Hospital, Bellevue, and practicing privately as a therapist with Kairos Counseling Center in Snohomish, where he provided individual and group treatment for adolescents and adults with sexual issues, survivors of sexual abuse and family therapy. He has also worked as a volunteer for Northwest Treatment Associates in Seattle and as Juvenile Rehabilitation Counselor at Echo Glen Children's Center and Echo Glen's Nisqually Cottage in Snoqualmie, conducting group and individual treatment for adolescents.

Arthur Salamon, LMHC

Arthur Salomon, LMHCIn his practice as a counselor and psychotherapist, Arthur offers marriage and family therapy, addiction treatment, sex addiction treatment for youth and adults, and has over 3,000 hours of phone counseling experience for smoking cessation.

Arthur has an eclectic approach, drawing from the theories of Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Experiential-Symbolic. He focuses on relationship and personal authority to promote healing and growth.

Arthur also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and has brought the therapeutic elements of music, art, and literature into his counseling work. He is currently registered as a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State.
